Bass solo to Paul Simon's anthemic You Can Call Me Al
Math-oriented kinda post-rock/metal mix.
I like joey´s vid of his little ´drum solo´ ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JopQMbr1lYU ), so i want try this on my own. But first i need scores. This are my written drum scores for this Drum Sound Check-Solo in Tuxguitar. I hope you like it, maybe you can use something.=)
Been practicing lead, especially lead blues lately. The rhythm guitar plays D dominant 7 to G dominant 7 back and forth while I utilize the major/minor pentatonic (major for D7 to minor over G7) with a little D Mixolydian thrown in. Please comment and give me tips on how to improve my techniques and riffs. If you have an idea for a riff tab it out and post it. Thanks:)
The Epic: Part one is a slow melodic song written around the feelings of grief. any comments or criticism is appreciated!
So I got further into this song and I am very happy with the drums and I added a solo. Only thing this bitch needs is a closing and it's done. Ideas would be very much appreciated.
So I was watching "Memoirs of a Geisha" and I was inspired by the main music to write a solo and I did. The rest just came along which I love the main melody. The verse guitar part is subject to change but I want to keep the chords in the Keyboards. I was experimenting with hits so I thought they were different in a good way. Disregard the last measure, I was just brainstorming there. And sorry for no drums :( IT'S UNFINISHED BTW!
