In my choir we do a gospel song every year and I wrote this melody on piano a couple months ago after hearing the best, most emotional gospel song I had ever heard which was called "Up The Mountain" based on Martin Luther King's last speech before he was assassinated. The organ sounds draw their inspiration from southern gospel and I added strings to give it more power and I added the rest of the instrumentation. There is no guitar, drums, or bass guitar, so only listen if you want to hear something different. Feedback appreciated.
as you can see from the title iv changed from roman numerals to bog-standard numbers, less confusing like this, anyway iv added a acoustic guitar solo part based on the first part of the song, not sure whether it should be before the change or after (i think maybe before), please ave a listen n tell me what you think and rate it thanks ;)
something different to my normal stuff (and its all in one time signature too), please comment and rate but don't rate it low just because you don't like the style! *Wags finger*. Love to know what you think of it any advice will be appreciated thanks :)
After 4 1/2 hours of work, I've managed to overcome my writer's block, so I took that frustration and put it to music. Probably one of my heaviest songs to date and most interesting (being metal and orchestral), so please comment and rate amigos!
Hey there community! This song is still unready but way better than the first version. Enjoy and please comment!! :D
It's unready. But I'd like you to comment this one specially!
Hey there! I made an update verision of "Bloodbands", a SoL bosssoundtrack. It'll be played while fighting and killing your brother in SoL.
Hey there! I've got a problem with this song... maybe some of you is able to help me. Well it sounds just shitty^^ The chord structure is: Am | F | Dm | E . It's for an desperate bossfight against your brother in the game "Swords of Liberty". The situation is: you (the player) know that you have to kill him, theres no way out... It shoud sound sad and dramatic at the same time, the drums should create a kind of strict and military atmosphere as well... it would be nice if someone could help me^^
