I decided to change my mind. I wasn't going to post anymore songs up, but y'all are amazing critics, and are very encouraging. Here goes my latest piece. I hope it is a pleasant surprise to all of you. :) And I added drums!!! But I'm not sure if they're good or not. :/

pretty cool song and great drum track. It was better than I expected it to be since it's your first time writing one. The drums were balanced and complemented the rhythm guitar well. I love the bass in the beginning because a lot of writers end up writing a very boring and simple baseline. What I suggest is to not be afraid to embellish your lead. Add trills, hammer ons, offs, bends, and stuff. It will add flare to your solos and it will help create a stronger progressing solo line.
I love those bass patterns. What kind of style is this?
Yeah, I got tired... But I see what you mean. I think I'm going to change my lead into eighth notes w/ a couple of triplets and 16th note hammer ons/offs before I hit the solo line, and after the solo, slow down to the eighth notes and slowly move towards half notes with quarter note follow ups/downs to lead into the end. (Btw, I always write good bass lines. When I picked up the five string bass, I meant I was going to master it!)
I finger picked the bass, on the electric guitars, I used a medium pick, and on the acoustic, finger picked it. As for the style of it, I like to think of my bass lines as bass leads, so one can consider me a lead bassists, as in if I were to have a band, I would want two bassists (one acoustic and me electric), a pianist, two electric guitarists (I have a couple players in mind, figured that if they could play "Through the Fire and Flames" they could definitely play my simple songs), an acoustic finger picker (I'm teaching this one girl already, but my plan to teach her has failed since I switched schools), I on lead/backup vocals, and a group of 3 backup vocals (hopefully either 2 women and a bass vocal man, or 1 woman and a man on high parts, and a single man on bass/tenor), and a drummer. hard to get together a band, though. :P
I'll be very old when I get to be experienced enough to manage that much people. For the drum, I can give you an advice from my beginner's point of view: tip tap is ok. Tip alone is bad. Very experienced jazz drummer may ask for some pif, and some paf, but I stick with the tip tap and I'm happy with it. It may sound funny, but it's sincere, if you ask your drummer to use only one hand, or one foot, he'll quit.
Very nice song, i especially enjoyed the acoustic guitar part, i always enjoy electric and acoustic blends, just kewl's. :)
scuse me, this one is the good: It's rare that I listen to songs without jump over the repetitions. But this song I listen to from beginning to end, counting the repetitions and it was really good! Another change to be made with them of Re and Dub, would be to punch a little heavy metal, like your first, but only one or two measures.
Thanks. Don't worry, I'm not completely done with the song yet. The reason I posted it up was to give everyone an insight as to what I was working on. I still have more to add to it. In fact, the beautiful part with the acoustic has drastically changed. Still beautiful, just heavier. The solo has changed, too.
