9/10 this is a VERY nice song. I have a few suggestion, however, I liked the riffs/solos at the end, but try to incorporate part of the melody into maybe your next solo, as to relate it to the chorus. I wouldn't normally do this, but since this sounds like a melodic song, I think you should base part of it of the vocal melody (if you did already I apologize) A few transitions could be better(measure 61 and 101). Add stings in the beginning of the song! they'll blend in nicely with the acoustic guitar. I didn't like the strings in 69 cause I felt it was randomly put there (because you didn't add it afterwards which was what disappointed me.) If not for those thing this would be 10/10. You should also add a piano breakdown and jump right in with the chorus for an extra level of power!

Nice intro and theme, it's worth working on it until exhaustion. And don't worry about that girl, she couldn't get you either.
