ok. I have something to tell you. The Rev was an awesome drummer and probably an awesome person. But he died from an overdose. Meaning that he caused his own death. You can't feel sorry for him (well you can just not nearly as much so for someone that was murdered or something).

heh. nice. Yeah. I do tend to like drop D. apparently so do a lot of bands and other songwriters. And 4/4 is referred to as common time so i'd imagine it would be pretty common. and 120 is the default in the program so unless i sense a need to change it, i dont bother too much. so yeah. I guess you could say i'm pretty fixated with 4/4 at 120bpm in drop D. aside from that, i am going to miss your works. it added variety to this site.

the rev didnt die of an overdose... he took a Valume and didnt know he wasnt supposed to mix with alcohol which he then proceeded to do... thts how i plan to live my life better to have fun and die young then be boring and live long

I'm pretty sure if you were to die tomoro in the most pleasurable state possible you would be pissed that you never got to do everything you wanted to do. Its pathetic how all these emo Avenged Sevenfold fanboys acted so depressed and and shit when the Rev, who looked like a lesbian by the way, died because of his own stupidity. As soon as a popular musician dies, everyone acts like they were the greatest musical genius since Mozart. I'd love for these annoying kids to here some proper fucking drummers. Its no wonder people hate Avenged Sevenfold. I mean the band are painfully awful enough, but the fanboys are just insufferable.

Aright. Im trying to keep a mediary here, but you guys are pissing me off. The Rev may have killed himself in stupidity, I know that, but he was not a bad drummer. He was one of my favorite drummers,and still is even though he's gone. And just so you know Avenged Sevenfold is my favorite band so DO NOT say that they are painfully awful. Their music is the exact type of music that I like to listen to making them one of the best bands Ive ever heard,TO ME. As for anyone else, ok, you may not like them, but that doesnt give you the right to say they are awful, or even bad.

Chainsaw, calm down! You gotta stop raging dude you've been doing nothing but being mean lately! Here's what I say, A7X were incredible but became uncreative when Nightmare came. That's my say. And I love The Rev. He is very creative. Although there are better drummers he was very good. And don't you dare call me a fanboy cuz I am not!

What I was saying is that just because you think he was a bad drummer/a7x is a bad band doesnt mean they are actually bad. you think that, and you can think that, but if i dont like a particular band i dont say they are bad. because they arent. I just think that they are because thats my opinion. so here all im trying to tell you is keep your opinions to yourself because they are only valid to yourself. I only tell you my opinions to show you that your opinions arent true for everyone. What do you have against A7x anyway? if you think their music is bad, then fine. dont listen to it. we like it and if you are going to hate on any one type of music then you dont truly love music. you only love YOUR music.

WOW!? what the hell happened here?!?!?! I take a vacation from the site and now everyone I know is at each others throats over music?!?!?! the one thing we all come here to talk about/express ourselves/ connect with others, etc. the point of this site IS to get positive (and negative) feedback on your music. and so far, I love you all, you've all helped my writing alot! whether you know it or not. but this looks like Youtube. Chainsaw, don't act all high and mighty. I think Smlint is a better song writer than you. but yeah, most people come on here with bad songs, so what. He died from an overdose of his prescribed medicine and alcohol. Because he was in fact a little overindulgent. but look at the flip side. he had those medicines because he had a serious health condition. which they said helped in his death. there, problem solved. now stop fighting about it, cause it's useless.
