Very good song, but i'm not so sure how it was that similar to most of trivium's work. for one, it seemed a lot faster than a lot of there stuff. but the biggest thing for me was the drums. they need to be A LOT more technical and use more cymbals (esp. rides and chinas). also, the solo didn't sing for me. however, the song itself is a solid 8-9/10. It just didn't seem like trivium too much to me,

ehh...not that good..sorry but i felt it was quite disorganized rhythmically. It sounds like it would fit in the same category as my first stuff. Even the solo sounds like something that I would have made b4. I'm sorry but I really hope you are new to composing because if you are then you have a lot to look forward to. You have to organize your riffs and make the solos melodic, none of that insanely fast shredding just to sound cool.

Yeah I am resonably new. Thanks for the advise. I didn't want the shredding in because I don't really like it myself but I thought it suited the song.

well within shredding you hav to show emotion. it sounds contradictory but with time you see what I mean. And dw you are new, you will get a lot better and might surpass everyone. this is better than my first stuff
